We are very proud of our Omega 3 supplement range and offer either a liquid or capsule format for our clients to choose from. You could fill an entire book with the literature surrounding the benefits of omega 3 supplements in the diet with studies finding improvements in everything from Alzheimers to Psoriasis. Our liquid offers a large dose that is 1050mg of EPA and 750mg DHA, which is about double that you’d find in the best cod liver oil. However, the oil isn’t for everyone, so we also offer capsules that are free from bovine gelatin and won’t repeat on you like many others do. You don’t need to worry about what else might be in there either as our Omega 3 is rigorously tested to keep it free from PCB’s and heavy metals.
